This floating recycler is a collaboration piece, it features some beautiful sculpted starfish made by Tommy figa crawling all over the joint, drain, and even inside on the perc. This has matching “seaweed like” sections on the neck and mouthpiece,  joint and base. Also encalmo sections throughout made from crippy green and North Star light blue, with a few fumed sections as well. 
 14mm and about 9” tall 8slit disc perc and has ridiculous function, it is a bit on the restricted side( hence the lower price)  I believe due to the startfish on the inside but dumps bubbles and spins like crazy!!! 🔥🤘🌪   Comes Ti signed and numbered as well as with a COA and a bunch of koatglass stickers.
